This is so interesting! I’ve been making many batches of dandelion honey over the years but I never thought about making creamed honey out of it. Love that you explain everything so thourouhly. I know how many hours go into a post like this 😉

Hi Jamie, thanks for checking in 🙂
I think you are misunderstanding something. I don’t claim to have invented vegan honey. I’m just saying I found a way to crystallize the stuff 🙂 I am even referring to other bloggers and vegan honey recipes in the beginning of the blog post.
There is actually also a commercial vegan dandelion honey, which I am linking to in my Danish recipe (just to show people it’s not my idea) but as you say it’s not readily available.

Vegan honey has been around for a while. You can find commercial sources like the two in this article:

However, I admit 1) Not available worldwide and 2) that creamed version looks mighty tasty!
