Som svar til Shannon. I've never tried freezing it myself. My guess is you just have to mix it together after thawing as it might separate to some degree 5 days in the fridge and maybe longer if you keep everything clean. Best regards

First time making cheese or sour cream, and it is wonderful! I’ve gotten 3 picky little eaters to try and love this cheese. And it was also very simple to make. The amount of steps on both recipes seemed daunting at first, but the process was actually very simple and effective.

Nina, Firstly I have adored your recipes for quite a while as you know. I was inspired by the simplicity of your cream cheese recipe and have been making it since you posted the recipe. I have created a cheese recipe that bears little resemblance to your cream cheese recipe but as you are the one who got me brave enough to experiment with cheese recipes i wanted to credit you when I post the recipe.
